Celery Harvest Day! I still had a bunch of celery that needed harvested before the cold weather gets here tomorrow. We sure have been blessed with some amazing fall weather. Today was an absolute stunner, 75°F. Our last day in the 70s I am sure for many months. The baby pigs sure enjoyed the celery tops and stalks that I didn't use.
