The enjoyment of writing posts.

in LeoFinancelast month

Do it because you love it.

This should apply to all walks of life. If it doesn't add to your life in one way or another then why do you do it?

I work for the money but i don't work seven days a week. That might get me more money but it won't add to my life. It will take away from it.

The hours that i do work add to my life as it allows me to have a roof over my head and money in the pocket for other fun activities.

If i didn't need the money then i wouldn't be working in construction. I would be gaming for a living or running an animal shelter. Maybe a sports writer.

Something that i would love doing every single day. There are very few jobs that give people that sense of satisfaction on a daily basis and the ones that do are not always within our reach.

That's why a place like hive is such an abnormality in the online world.

A place with no barriers to entry. Where you can earn money.
Where you can game, write, code, consume content and be rewarded.

Even at that it's not for everybody as there are lots of people out there who would hate sitting in front of their phone or computer to earn some money.

But for those of us who like doing these things it's a unique opportunity to be rewarded for what we love doing. For our passions or hobbies. You won't find that in many other places.

I've always loved writing. Since i was young and in school i experimented with writing short stories and other content.

I have books of old writing that i used to scribble in the back of the classroom instead of the real work.

It was a hobby and a passion.

There is a grind to building a presence on any social media but writing isn't part of it for me.

Cross posting, commenting, building connections are the part that i find a lot more tedious but the writing is always fun.

It's just hard to find enough time to delve into every area that i would like to.

Life tends to get in the way most of the time when i would like to discuss more posts, try to write a full scale book and deep dive into other crypto projects.

Someday maybe but for now just getting a few words out onto the screen is enough.

You say it so right💯.... Write becouse you love or like to do it... I love to write but sometimes my head is block and I learn my lesson... Lol, i Will not write anymore just to make another post🙈

Writing is fun and what I understand is that you want to work just to fulfill the needs and not for the luxuries. I do get it and it's true that there is no end for luxuries.

A place with no barriers to entry. Where you can earn money.

It still amazes me that more people have not found Hive and discovered the communities, knowledge and earning potential. The time will come.

I love writing too and had lost that for a long time as I work in a technical job, so not much room for creative writing. Hive is great for that and you almost always get some good engagement and feedback on your work.

It will come at some stage. I'm still holding out on LEO to finish their app fully before pushing it to my friends again.

It needs to be easier and that's what i'm hoping for with their new app.
That and a bull run could be a great combination.

Writing is a passion, its also a hobby, a duty or responsibility - anything that the people can name, but ultimately it depends on what level of practices are given to make it just like that.

But many people can have their views, those who start fron amateur to pro level .

I have come to discover that writing becomes more enjoyable when it is been done out of passion and not out of the desire to quickly make money

There is no way to quickly make money on hive or any other form of writing.
No matter where you are it takes time and dedication to make it up the ranks and gain a following.

Perfectly said. A lot of people are not ready to wait for that time

If I didn't enjoy it I wouldn't have written around 350 days each year for 5 years 😱

You must really enjoy it with numbers like that.

Very well said. I have always liked writing. Before coming to 'Hive', it was limited to only my poems, but here I am having fun writing equally openly about my profession.
Because we think before we write, which we often don't do before speaking, and this makes us better as humans. :)
